We provide our clients with competent, safety‑focused (STCW) maritime crew through fast, transparent, and compliant recruitment.
No long‑term retainers
No hidden charges
You only pay per successful hire
Compliance and ethics
We operate in line with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC 2006) principles. No fees are ever charged to seafarers. All recruitment fees are paid by the shipowner, manager, or manning agency.
Whereas a manning agency employ crew, manage payroll and operate under manning regulations, we provide recruitment support only for our partners (sourcing, screening, shortlisting)
