    Shortlisting
    Selecting candidates that match your requirements (rank, experience, trading area, vessel type, joining date).

    Document verification
    Basic checks of STCW, CoC, medicals, and other key documents based on checklist.

    Reference checks
    Obtaining feedback from previous employers or manning offices where possible.

    Interview coordination

Compliance and ethics

We operate in line with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC 2006) principles. No fees are ever charged to seafarers. All recruitment fees are paid by the shipowner, manager, or manning agency.

Whereas a manning agency employ crew, manage payroll and operate under manning regulations, we provide recruitment support only for our partners (sourcing, screening, shortlisting)
